starting 1 min run/walk building to 30 min continuously running - the only prerequisite is you must be able to WALK for 45 minutes. Homework is given. |

Increasing time + technique training Please note that under 12's must be accompanied by an adult. Your speed does not matter be it fast or slow, we use loopbacks to keep everyone together, but running different distances. |
Sessions rotate around an 8 week block (you do not have to attend all weeks). |
