Boost Camp Timetable

There are 3 sessions a week, each 45 minutes long. As a paid up member you can attend one or all. You need to complete a Health questionnaire before attending and please contact us for a Welcome Pack.

  • Tuesday @ 06:30am
  • Thursday @ 18:15pm
  • Saturday @ 08:00am

Please double check if there are classes on Tuesday's after bank holidays.

Please note the following 2 BOOsT Camp sessions are NOT on;
* Saturday 5th August
* Saturday 26th August
