Boost Camp Timetable

There are 3 sessions a week, each 45 minutes long. As a paid up member you can attend one or all. You need to complete a Health questionnaire before attending and please contact us for a Welcome Pack.

  • Saturday @ 08:00am

Please double check if there are classes on Tuesday's after bank holidays.

Please note there are no classes on from 24th December 2017 to 1st January 2018
