Running Club Timetable

Current and upcoming blocks

Block i & ii (with Rebecca)
Thursday @ 7:15pm Sessions will rotate around an 8 week block (you do not have to attend all weeks).
Winter- block i
4th January - 22nd February
starting 1 min run/walk building to 30 min continuously running - the only prerequisite is you must be able to WALK for 45 minutes.
Homework is given.
Spring- block ii
1st March - 19th April
Increasing time + technique training

Please note that under 12's must be accompanied by an adult. Your speed does not matter be it fast or slow, we use loopbacks to keep everyone together, but running different distances.
Block iii (with Philip)
Monday @ 6:30pm ish Sessions will have different starting locations so please check out the facebook page.

10k and beyond - enjoy a weekly run with a like-minded friendly group of people.
Have a chance to contribute to route suggestions. Runs will last for up to an hour and a half.
You can join the group at any time, speed is not important but you need to have either completed block ii or be able to run for around 50 minutes non-stop.
