Our customers are people who want to make a positive change to how they feel, look and perform.
We help individuals and groups of 2-3 friends/family/colleagues make changes in their everyday lives by introducing manageable and progressive exercise, providing realistic nutritional plans and giving general lifestyle advice. Beginners benefit from a sound introduction to safe and effective exercise, whilst experienced exercisers benefit from new & exciting challenges. We help with a wide range of goals including fitness, toning, fat loss, pre/post natal and running event preparation.
An EveryBod Personal Training session is much more than simply doing a workout.
We motivate groups of people in the serenity of the studio for EveryBod Pilates classes, in the beauty of the park for BOOsT Camp and around the local town and countryside with Forward Steps Running Club. From the stretching and strengthening of Pilates to the high energy of boot camp, and the group motivation of running there is something to suit whatever your fitness style.
We love helping businesses turn from a sick to healthy business by researching and reporting on areas of mental and physical health and wellbeing. Providing an insight into what the cost and impact may currently be on the business and staff, then providing solutions that allow the move towards having a happier, healthier and more productive workforce and business.
About Rebecca
Although I have been involved in sport & keeping fit for much of my life I have also worked outside the fitness industry both in the private and public sector, plus I have run my own Ltd Company. This helps me understand & appreciate the day-to-day pressure of the working life and how important the work/life balance is. I have also been a carer for family members (for both mental health and physical health) and I strongly believe in the importance of exercise as a stress release.
