Our customers are people who want to make a positive change to how they feel, look and perform.

We help individuals and groups of 2-3 friends/family/colleagues make changes in their everyday lives by introducing manageable and progressive exercise, providing realistic nutritional plans and giving general lifestyle advice. Beginners benefit from a sound introduction to safe and effective exercise, whilst experienced exercisers benefit from new & exciting challenges. We help with a wide range of goals including fitness, toning, fat loss, pre/post natal and running event preparation.

An EveryBod Personal Training session is much more than simply doing a workout.

We motivate groups of people in the serenity of the studio for EveryBod Pilates classes, in the beauty of the park for BOOsT Camp and around the local town and countryside with Forward Steps Running Club. From the stretching and strengthening of Pilates to the high energy of boot camp, and the group motivation of running there is something to suit whatever your fitness style.

We love helping businesses turn from a sick to healthy business by researching and reporting on areas of mental and physical health and wellbeing. Providing an insight into what the cost and impact may currently be on the business and staff, then providing solutions that allow the move towards having a happier, healthier and more productive workforce and business.

Boost your energy levels with regular exercise sessions. Research shows you can feel more energised after a workout than a nap. So set the stopwatch rather than the alarm clock.

Physical exercise is not only important for keeping your body in shape, but it can also help your brain stay healthy. Exercise increases oxygen flow into the brain, which in turn can help protect against lifestyle and age related deterioration and help with cognitive functioning.

Personal Training

Boost Camp

BOOsT Camp is fitness + meets school yard games + meets sports conditioning = hard work, good fun and great results. All in the beauty of the park (with a band stand for shelter in the rain). The sessions are suitable for different fitness levels, as we believe in working the most YOU CAN to YOUR ability. Plus the bonus of tracking your changes with a fitness assessment session at the start of each month.

Pilates

EveryBod Pilates are mixed ability mat classes. Both those who are new to Pilates and those who are more advanced are catered for with different progressions and regressions of the exercises. Although there is a focus on the core (abs, side of the waist and lower back) the entire body is involved. Pilates helps lower back strength and can help decrease pain and is low impact. Other benefits included improved balance, posture and better mobility.

Running Club

Join us for an exhilarating 45-60 minutes training session where you will start to become someone who can run. Aimed at beginners, and based round 8 week blocks each week is progressive and homework is given –the prerequisite is that you are able to WALK for 45 minutes. You will gain encouragement from other likeminded people. Plus know you are in good hands as we are a Run England/UK Athletics and official Race For Life Club.

Vitality

Turn your workplace and workforce into a healthy place. About Rebecca


Although I have been involved in sport & keeping fit for much of my life I have also worked outside the fitness industry both in the private and public sector, plus I have run my own Ltd Company. This helps me understand & appreciate the day-to-day pressure of the working life and how important the work/life balance is. I have also been a carer for family members (for both mental health and physical health) and I strongly believe in the importance of exercise as a stress release.
